We want every Scale Scout family to be happy. If you are not satisfied with the full collection unlock, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also read Paddle's Refund Policy.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, the paid portion of the collection may be locked again on your device. The free starter set of reptiles always stays available.
